Passed Hor'doeuvre

Carrot/orange/chive soup passes in mini martini glasses

Mini crab cakes

Brie cheese bakes in phyla cups with apricot jelly and sliced almonds

Grilled eggplant and mozzarella skewers

Sliced beef tenderloin with caramelized onions on faccacio bread

 

Buffet

Ben's Caesar Salad with garlic croutons

Lemon couscous mixed with dried cranberries, chick peas, mint, and pine nuts

Fresh tortellini with homemade pesto and sautéed mixed mushrooms

Summer veggie sauté (asparagus, snow peas, red pepper, etc)

Sliced flank steak in a balsamic marinade

Panko crusted salmon seared and drizzled with a citrus sauce

Rosemary and Garlic marinated lamp skewers

 

Dessert

Individual Strawberry/rhubarb cobbler with vanilla ice cream

Home-made chocolate chip cookies and brownies
