Passed Hor'doeuvre
-Sliced beef tenderloin on toast points with caramelized onions and a horseradish cream
-Mushroom tart topped with Maytag blue cheese
-Fresh Spring rolls with crunchy vegetables and sweet chili dipping sauce
-Jumbo lump crab cakes
Buffet
-Mixed Greens with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, sun-dried cranberries, homemade candied pecans and a balsamic vinaigrette
-Grilled vegetables (asparagus, portabella mushrooms, red onion, summer squash, etc)
-Whole wheat penne pasta mixed with arugala, roasted red peppers, feta, and Greek olives
-Garlic and rosemary marinated lamb kebabs skewered with mixed colored peppers
-Swordfish kebabs grilled with a lemon wedge and a citrus finishing sauce
